Qualification:

• 30-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Master’s Degree in Psychology would be an advantage.
• 3 years experience as Recruitment Manager.
• Having recruitment knowledge from A to Z.
• Having a good communication and negotiation skill.
• Having network and experiences in developing talent sources.
