• Male / Female, maximum 35 years old.
• 5 years experience in HR or People Development.
• Preferable having experience min. 1 year as HR Manager.
• Master Degree in Psychology, Business, Management and other related degree.
• People oriented person, good analytical thinking.
• Capable in interpreting all psychological test would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
